These help us understand the job before we visit:

• The rooms, and roughly how big each one is
• What is on the floor now, and what you would like instead
• A few photos of the floor, and of the stairs if they are part of the job
• The tile, carpet or planks you have chosen, if you have already bought them
• Anything your co-op, condo or landlord has sent you about floor work

We will talk it through, come and measure and check the base, and then give you an estimate for the whole job.
